We gently and evenly mix the decorative toping Fig into the ice cream so it is visible throughout the ice cream. We do this when the ice cream comes out of the machine and we are filling it into a container.
We can mix it into the following ice creams: YOGHURT, GREEK YOGHURT, CREAM, FIOR DI LATTE, VANILLA.
