We mix the decorative topping Limoncello into the ice cream when it comes out of the machine and we are filling it into a container, as if making a layered cake. First we even out one layer of ice cream and pour the Limoncello on top, then another layer or two of ice cream and again, we pour the Limoncello on top. Limoncello tastes like vanilla cream with a lemon taste. We can mix it into all FRUIT ICE CREAMS. It also mixes well with CREAM, VANILLA and FIOR DI LATTE.
