MOTIVI TOP d.o.o. is a Slovenian company with its headquarters and own production in Ozeljan near Nova Gorica. We develop, produce and market ingredients for making gelato (artisan ice cream), soft ice cream, pastries and drinks.

Our know-how has been growing since 1990, and since 2003 we have been developing and marketing our products under the Motivi brand.

We work with ice cream parlours, pastry shops, bars, hotels, restaurants and distributors in Slovenia and in the markets of Central and South-East Europe. Around 70% of our sales are made abroad.

We believe in long-term cooperation and a direct relationship with our customers. We offer not only products, but also experience and support in finding solutions for their business.

Silvana Jejčič

Silvana Jejčič, a graduate food technologist, has been combining professional knowledge, product development and an understanding of the ice cream industry for more than 35 years.

Her experience is built into the Motivi recipes, the result of decades of development, testing and practical work. Today she also passes her knowledge on to the next generations, continuing the philosophy on which Motivi grew.

After more than three decades, we remain true to the same principle: to create quality products and to be a partner our customers can rely on.
